CLUBHOUSE AND GROUND RULES
• Clubhouse will be closed every night at 11 P.M unless otherwise arranged with the House Committee.
• Last one out of the clubhouse will close windows, lock all doors and turn out all lights.
• No parties may be run in the Clubhouse without permission from the House Chairman.
• No dogs or other animals allowed in the Clubhouse at anytime.

No kitchen equipment, books or magazines or any kind of equipment
belonging to the Clubhouse shall be removed from the premise. The House
Chairman has no authority to violate this rule.
• All questions
relating to the Clubhouse permanent decorations and furnishing are to be
presented to the House Decoration Chairman who shall obtain final
approval of the Board of Directors.
• The Freeport Yacht Club will not be responsible for the loss or damage to property of members or guests.

Members having guests are personally and financially responsible for
the conduct on Club property. Members will be held responsible for any
damage they do to Clubhouse, docks or kitchen equipment.
• Minors will not be allowed in any part of the Clubhouse unless properly supervised.

Nothing shall be posted on General Bulletin Board, except by officers
of the Club or House Committee. Members must obtain permission to do so
from an officer or House Committee Chairman.
• At all Club Activities,
the Chairman will announce at 2:00 A.M. that the building must be
vacated at 3:00 A.M. On New Year’s Eve, the announcement will be made at
3:00 A.M. that the vacating time be 5:00 A.M
• PARKING: Cars may not be parked behind others so as to block them from getting in or out of the Parking Field.

The Oval shall only be used for recreation by members, their families
and guests, and may not be used for any type of storage of dinks,
equipment, etc., by the individual members during the active boating
season.
• The use of club grounds for the purpose of motor vehicle
driving lessons and the operation of motorbikes and motor driven
go-carts is prohibited. All dogs must be leashed and walked in areas
away from pedestrian traffic. The Oval is under the jurisdiction of the
House Committee. Refer all house matters to the House Chairman.
